Application Of Prohibition Against Discrimination.
2.40.030 APPLICATION OF PROHIBITION AGAINST DISCRIMINATION.
Subject to the provisions of Sections 2.40.040Shawnee Municipal Code and 2.40.090Shawnee Municipal Code, the prohibitions against discrimination in the sale or rental of housing set forth in Section 2.40.060Shawnee Municipal Code shall apply to all dwellings except as exempted by Section 2.40.040Shawnee Municipal Code.
